Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ADHVAITHA Conscious Society (ACS) handles the information you share with Ayuhu. We keep it plain and specific on purpose.
What we collect
Only what Ayuhu needs to work
Ayuhu stores the following on your behalf:
- Account and profile details — name, email, age, city, country, family and profession context, and any preferences you set.
- Onboarding answers — the three-Act reflections that seed your Current Life, Ideal Life, and Ideal Identity blueprints.
- The three Blueprints and any Life Blueprint documents you create, deepen, or narrate.
- Daily check-ins and evening reflections, including alignment scores and free-text answers.
- Svabhava assessment answers — your responses to the 52 statements and the reflective questions, and the result they produce.
- Bhava entries — the state-of-being logs you write during the day.
- Resets — the trigger, the reflection, and Maya's response for each Reset you complete.
- Conversations with Maya, including transcripts of voice sessions.
- Onboarding-call transcripts (Transcend members only) — if you take a Transcend onboarding call, the transcript is stored with your account and processed to draft your Life Blueprint in your own words. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Voice recordings you create inside the app (for example, blueprint narrations).
- Habit and attendance data — the ten daily practices and the days you returned.
- Usage events — basic in-app activity used to keep the experience working and to measure feature quality.
- Device push tokens, only if you opt in to notifications.
Why we collect it
To make Maya yours
Every field above exists for two reasons: to give Maya enough context to reflect back to you in your own life, and to keep an honest, private record of your transformation so you can return to it.
We do not run advertising in Ayuhu, and we do not sell member data to anyone. Reflections, Maya conversations, and blueprint answers are used to personalise your experience inside the app — they are not used to train external AI models.
If you are a Transcend member, your intake form and your onboarding-call transcript are also read by a small internal ACS team, not by Maya alone. They are used to prepare your Life Blueprint and your customised Conscious Creation Roadmap, and for nothing else. Access is limited to the people doing that work.
Who processes it on our behalf
A small set of trusted providers
Ayuhu depends on a few infrastructure providers to deliver the service. Each is bound by its own data-processing terms and receives only what is needed to complete a specific request.
- Supabase — database and authentication for member accounts and content.
- OpenAI — a third-party AI service. Your reflections, journal and Bhava entries, check-in answers, assessment answers, blueprint answers, Maya conversations, and (for Transcend members) onboarding-call transcripts are sent to OpenAI so Maya can respond and so your Blueprint and roadmap documents can be generated. This includes voice transcription (speech-to-text) and narration (text-to-speech). We ask for your explicit consent, recorded with a timestamp on your account, before any of your text is sent.
- OneSignal — delivery of push notifications, only when you have opted in.
- Gumlet — protected delivery of member-facing audio and video.
- Lovable Cloud — application hosting and server functions.
Retention
Kept while your membership is active
Your data stays in Ayuhu for as long as your ACS membership is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account record, your blueprints, your reflections, your Maya conversations, your voice recordings, and the rest of the personal data listed above from our live database and storage.
Provider-side backups and operational logs roll off on their standard schedules — typically within 30 days — after which no copy remains.
Two narrow records are kept after deletion: an audit entry noting that an account was deleted and when (user id and timestamp only, no content), and — if you filed a request from the public deletion page — that request itself (email, timestamp, status) for up to 30 days, so we can show it was completed.
Your rights
Access, correction, export, deletion
You can access most of your data directly inside the app. For an export of your full record, a correction, or a deletion request, email ayuhu@adhvaitha.com from the address on your account. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.
How to delete your account
Two paths, both permanent
The fastest way is inside the app: Settings → Delete account. This removes your account and every table of personal data listed above.
If you have already uninstalled Ayuhu, use the public page at home.ayuhu.app/delete-account to file a request. You can also email ayuhu@adhvaitha.com.
We keep a minimal record that a deletion request was received and completed — the date, the email address used, and the final status only — with the account identifier removed. This is kept only as evidence that the request was honoured.
