Who this is for

A private app for ACS members

Ayuhu is the daily companion app of ADHVAITHA Conscious Society. Access is limited to paying members. The app is not a meditation library, a chatbot service, or a public social product, and member content is not shared with other members.

What we collect

Account data and your daily reflections

When you use Ayuhu, the app stores:

• Account details you provide at signup (name, email, and the answers you give during the three-Act onboarding).
• Your daily check-ins, evening reflections, Bhava entries, habit logs, attendance, and text or voice conversations with Maya.
• Membership state (tier, expiry, and any admin overrides).
• Standard technical metadata (device type, basic diagnostics, and push-notification tokens if you opt in).

Ayuhu does not sell member data. Reflections, Maya conversations, and blueprint answers are used to personalise your experience inside the app — they are not used to train external AI models.

How Maya uses your data

Personal context, not a shared model

Maya is the AI companion inside Ayuhu. When you speak or write to her, the app sends the relevant context — your current Maya thread, your three Blueprints, and recent reflections — to our AI provider so she can respond in your context. Responses are stored against your account so Maya can maintain continuity across days.

Maya is reflective, not authoritative. She does not access other members' data, and her responses are scoped to your account.

Who processes your data

Subprocessors we rely on

Ayuhu uses a small set of trusted infrastructure providers. They process member data on our behalf to deliver the service:

• Lovable Cloud — managed backend hosting, authentication, database, and server functions.
• OpenAI — language and voice models that power Maya (text reasoning, speech-to-text, text-to-speech).
• OneSignal — push notification delivery, only if you opt in to notifications.

Each provider is bound by its own data-processing terms. Member content is sent to these providers only to fulfil the function you requested (for example, generating a Maya response or sending a notification).

Access & authentication

How sign-in works

Sign-in uses email-and-password or Google. Sessions are managed by Lovable Cloud's authentication layer. Database access is gated by row-level security policies so that each member can only read and write their own rows. Administrative access is limited to ACS staff with an explicit admin role.

Retention & deletion

Your data, on your timeline

Member data is retained for as long as your ACS membership is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your account record and the personal data associated with it from the live database. Backups and provider-side logs roll off on their standard schedules.

You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the address below.

Cookies & analytics

What runs in your browser

Ayuhu uses functional storage (local storage and cookies) to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and enable offline PWA behaviour. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Shared responsibility

Where the platform ends and we begin

Ayuhu runs on Lovable Cloud, which provides managed infrastructure, authentication, and database services. ACS is responsible for the application's data model, access policies, member communications, and the content of this page. Each member is responsible for safeguarding their own login credentials and device.
