Membership

Tiers and access

Ayuhu is a private app for members of ADHVAITHA Conscious Society. Access is provided through a tier — free, trial, pro, or transcend — with different limits on Maya voice sessions, text interactions, and Resets. Tier configuration and billing are handled outside the app; the app enforces the limits set for your account.

When your membership expires, access to Maya, Resets, and other member surfaces is paused until the membership is renewed. Your data is retained during this period.

Acceptable use

Use Ayuhu for what it is

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with anyone else.
• Attempt to access other members' data or the admin surfaces.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate the app in ways that stress the service.
• Use Ayuhu to harass, defraud, or harm any person.
• Post content on shared surfaces (such as the Intention Wall) that is unlawful, harmful, or promotional.

Not medical care

Ayuhu supports growth, not treatment

Ayuhu is a companion for personal growth and conscious creation. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, or mental-health care, and Maya does not diagnose or treat any condition. Nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis or a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. If you are working through something serious, please also work with a qualified professional alongside the app.

Intellectual property

What is yours, what is ours

Your content. Your reflections, blueprints, Bhava entries, voice recordings, and Maya conversations belong to you. You grant ACS a limited licence to store and process them solely so the app can function for you (for example, generating a Maya response, delivering audio, or backing up the database).

Transcend membership. If you hold a Transcend membership, you agree that a small internal ACS team may read your intake answers and your onboarding-call transcript in order to prepare your Life Blueprint and your customised Conscious Creation Roadmap. This is work we do for you; the material remains yours and is not shared outside ACS.

Our content. The Ayuhu application, its interface, Maya's persona and behaviour, the four-pillar framework, the three-Act onboarding, the Reset flow, the Vedantic teachings authored or taught by Sujan Setty, and all associated ACS materials remain the intellectual property of ADHVAITHA Conscious Society. Nothing here transfers ownership of any of that to you.

Community conduct

On the Intention Wall

The Intention Wall is a shared surface. Post only what you would be willing to share in a members' circle. Do not promote outside services, target other members, or share sensitive information about anyone else. ACS may remove any post that breaks these rules and may pause a member's ability to post if it happens repeatedly.

Termination

Ending the relationship

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or, if you have uninstalled the app, from home.ayuhu.app/delete-account. Deletion removes your account and the personal data listed in the Privacy Policy.

ACS may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that abuses the service, or that puts other members at risk. Where reasonable, we will notify you before doing so.

Changes

How we update these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date below and, for material changes, surface a note inside the app.
